SERVICES + PRICING

*Due to demand & our capacity to serve clients, our team requires a minimum investment of $500 in planning fees, to be paid in advance.

  • Not sure where to start? Our team can put together a few outlines to propose how and where to spend your time. This is a concise list that helps you narrow down a flow for your trip that makes logistical sense.

    $200

  • If you’d like assistance identifying accommodations that are ideal for your preferences and budget, we can put together a custom proposal for you. This will include your 3 best hotel options (per destination that you visit) and will also include the exact price and room category options available for your travel dates. Please note this is depending on the number of destinations you visit. If your preferences align with any of the hotels in our partner portfolio, we will be able to include VIP perks and amenities, typically including: breakfast for two each morning, $100 hotel credit, early-check, late-check out and sometimes even room upgrades.

    $250 + UP

    *If you already know where you want to stay and it happens to be one of our partner hotels, we can book it for you (at no fee to you!) so that you can take advantage of the perks available to our clients. See if your hotel qualifies HERE.

  • OPTION A: RECOMMENDATIONS (LIST ONLY) | STARTING AT $175 PER CITY

    If you prefer to go with the flow and simply want a list of restaurants, bars, sights, activities or any other guidance, we can put together a customized list of recommendations. You can use this to reference and fill your time as you wish!

    OPTION B: ORGANIZED ITINERARY | STARTING AT $125 PER DAY OF TRAVEL

    With this option, we’ll do the heavy lifting for you. While this won’t be a minute to minute itinerary, we’ll structure each day by providing you with a robust outline of recommendations. We organize this to be geographically convenient (so you’re not wasting your time hopping back and forth) but we make sure to build in plenty of time to explore at leisure.

  • If you want assistance with navigating how to get between each destination (whether that’s planes, trains, ferries or cars!) we can provide you with a list of your best options and how to book.

    $175

  • If you’d like additional support, we can also assist with booking restaurants, tours, activities and/or transit. With this service, we can also provide access to local contacts to help with anything that is needed for your trip or help with any unforeseen events/circumstances.

    $140 per hour

  • If you’d like assistance with any other part of your trip (monitoring any entry requirements, vaccination requirements, etc.) we’re happy to assist! For these services, we bill in 15 minute increments at our hourly rate of $140 per hour.

  • Book a one-on-one consultation call with my team during which you can ask any travel-related questions and receive personalized feedback, tips, and recommendations tailored to your needs.

    This offering is provided independently of our planning services.

Process + Terms

  • Blonde Atlas | Atlas Adventures LLC is a full service travel planning agency, comprised of multiple Travel Advisors (all who are highly knowledgable and well-versed in the travel landscape!)

  • Our rates for services completed by myself or my team are listed above. Additional tasks or project management is $140 per hour and time is billed in 15 minute increments. All new clients must first book a 30 minute (billable) consulting session with someone on my team so we can get on the same page about your travel goals and next steps.

  • Our team requires a minimum investment of $500 in planning fees, to be paid in advance.

  • From there, we will provide you with turnaround estimates for each step of the planning before completing any billable work.

  • While certain transactions have potential to result in commission, we will only ever suggest what is optimal for our clients.

  • Our recommendations are created based on what we've learned from personal experience (as well as insights from fellow travel industry professionals), however, unforeseen circumstances can occur on any trip. Because of this, we strongly recommend all of my clients purchase travel insurance.

  • While we can assume no legal responsibility or liability for anything that happens on your trip, we are here to help you navigate any questions or concerns that may arise so that you can have peace of mind!

  • By scheduling a consult, you are agreeing to proceed under these terms and conditions.
