Atlas Adventures was designed as a way to facilitate meaningful travel while connecting with like-minded people. WHAT WE’RE DOING

While you want the stress of planning left to us, we know you’ll want some free time to explore freely as well! Our itineraries are carefully crafted to give you a balance of the two each day. For example, one day we’ll take a pasta making class for lunch, but then that evening you’re free to do dinner wherever you choose (on your own or with other travelers!)

For this particular trip, we want you to enjoy Rome at a leisurely place, so mornings will always be spent at leisure. With the free time you’re given, our team is here to equip you with suggestions and additional opportunities to sign up for if you’d like to fill your time with a few more activities.

WHO IS THIS TRIP FOR?

Atlas Adventures are built around a shared set of values that are rooted in kindness.   • You like to walk! Europeans walk most places and we’ll be doing plenty of that on this trip.

  • You like to eat! While we always do our best to cater to dietary restrictions, please keep in mind that this trip will involve a lot of gluten (pasta) and dairy (cheese) to make the most of enjoying the local Roman cuisine.

  • You want to relax too. This isn’t a typical city trip where we’ll always be on the go. We want you to properly appreciate the beauty of this destination, which means slowing down! This means enjoying your coffee slowly, with nowhere to be every morning (ideally, while marveling at ancient monuments). Our hope is that you can fully appreciate the “La Dolce Vita” that Rome has to offer: without the crowds, without the scorching heat, and without all of the rushing around.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If this trip needs to be cancelled for any global health reasons (see below) we will reschedule:

- Border closures prohibiting non-residents travel in /out of destination country

- Mandatory quarantine upon arrival to destination country

For any other cancellations, the Atlas Adventures standard cancellation policy can be viewed HERE. Travelers who want the option to cancel for personal reasons outside of COVID are advised to purchase additional travel insurance (which we can help you navigate!)
