paris & CHAMPAGNE

September 10-15

This is no ordinary trip to Paris. We’re thrilled to be returning to the City of Lights, but with a fresh itinerary (and coupled with two nights in Champagne!) We’ll start with three days exploring the best parts of Paris: including a walking tour with our brilliant local guide, who can share tons of information about the local food, culture, history & cuisine. We’ll explore the most picturesque neighborhoods, ensure you see iconic sights (like the Eiffel Tower) and end with a private shopping experience at one of the most-loved Parisian boutiques.

We’ll then venture to Champagne for the last two days of our trip for an incredibly unique and highly specialized experience. We’ll be taking you to some of the top Champagne houses (ones that aren’t even open to the public!) to learn what actually makes for excellent quality- not just good marketing. Not only will you have the knowledge of Whitney & Victoria (both certified sommeliers) but we’ll also be accompanied by our guide, who has been the wine educator for Le Cordon Bleu.

We’ll be staying at gorgeous, five-star hotels in both locations and working with absolutely brilliant guides throughout the week.

MEET YOUR HOSTS

Whitney,  our Founder & Managing director,  has long loved Paris & has visited dozens of times. She knows the destination well & always enjoys coming back. Her background as a Luxury Travel Advisor has facilitated direct relationships with the top hoteliers in the country, as well as a range of on the ground local partners.

Victoria, our Director of Trips, has frequently visited Paris & is comfortable speaking the local language. She’s lead multiple Atlas trips here and always enjoys further exploring the city of lights!

Both Victoria & Whitney are certified sommeliers who are excited to share their knowledge and passion for wine during both our time in Paris & Chamapgne. They can provide a range of other unique offerings to our travelers (including professional photography & teaching yoga). They pride themselves in creating authentic travel experiences that showcase the best of local culture, food & memorable experiences. Together, they’ve hosted dozens of Atlas trips and are so excited to once again combine their passion for travel and love of Paris!

WHAT WE’RE DOING

While you want the stress of planning left to us, we know you’ll want some free time to explore freely as well! Our itineraries are carefully crafted to give you a balance of the two each day. For example, one day we’ll guide you on a walking tour of Paris with the group, but then that evening you’ll have free time to dine at your restaurant of choice (or, sign up for an add-on group dinner). Other days you’ll have mornings to yourself and then the group will come together for afternoon activities or dinners together. But don’t worry… even with the free time you’re given, our team is here to equip you with plenty of suggestions and additional opportunities to sign up for so you’re never short of things to do in the city of lights.
