Atlas Adventures was designed as a way to facilitate meaningful travel while connecting with like-minded people. WHAT WE’RE DOING

While you want the stress of planning left to us, we know you’ll want some free time to explore freely as well! Our itineraries are carefully crafted to give you a balance of the two each day. For example, one day we’ll take a pasta making class for lunch, but then that evening you’re free to do dinner wherever you choose (on your own or with other travelers!)

For this particular trip, we want you to enjoy the best that Rome & Florence have to offer, including free time to do the things that are most important to you. With the free time you’re given, our team is here to equip you with suggestions and additional opportunities to sign up for if you’d like to fill your time with a few more activities.

TRIP HOSTS

Victoria, our Director of Trips, has long loved Italy (so much, she married an Italian & is fluent in the language!) She’s also a professional photographer and a certified sommelier.

Yasmine, our Director of Operations, studied abroad in Rome & has led multiple Atlas Adventures trips to Italy (including our last trip to Rome!)

Together, they’ve hosted dozens of Atlas trips and are so excited to once again combine their passion for travel and love of Italy!

TOTAL COST: $5250

Due at Registration (October 25, 2023): $850 deposit (*non-refundable)

Second Payment Due: (December 15, 2023): $2200

Final Payment Due: (February 15, 2024): $2200

WHO IS THIS TRIP FOR?

  • You like to walk! Europeans walk most places and we’ll be doing plenty of that on this trip.

  • You like to eat! While we always do our best to cater to dietary restrictions, please keep in mind that this trip will involve a lot of gluten (pasta) and dairy (cheese) to make the most of enjoying the local cuisine.

  • You can manage your luggage. This trip will involve moving from Florence to Rome via train, meaning you’ll need to be able to carry your own luggage (and easily lift overhead if need be).

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If this trip needs to be cancelled for any global health reasons (see below) we will reschedule:

- Border closures prohibiting non-residents travel in /out of destination country

- Mandatory quarantine upon arrival to destination country
